ExhibitStop Guarantee™
All of our tradeshow display products are guaranteed to perform under normal tradeshow use as follows:
Price Match Guarantee
Upon verification of a lower published price for a product you find that is identical to an ExhibitStop product, we will match that price.
Warranty
All of our pop up frames (8-ft, 10-ft, 20-ft and tabletops) come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty in normal use. All other EStop products have a One-year Limited Warranty against manufacturer’s defects under normal show conditions and use. This means that if it breaks while you are setting it up or taking it down, we will repair or replace the hardware at our facility upon determining it was not user error.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the hardware, flooring, literature rack, etc., you purchase from us, you may return it in unused condition in the original packaging within 10 days of purchase for a refund. Customers must notify us within 5 days of purchase of intent to return any product, and the product must be returned to us within 10 days. After 10 days, we may accept returns in unused condition at our discretion for store credit.
Special order items such as fabric panels in colors other than Coal, Imperial Blue or Silver are not returnable unless they are defective, in which case we will repair or replace them up to 30 days after receipt of the order.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Color reproduction cannot be guaranteed; nuances may not be visible on a screen. If color accuracy is critical, please do not choose a color based on what you see on your screen, as screens vary. Please request a swatch sample of our fabric panels before placing your order. However, if the color accuracy of your artwork on graphic panels is critical, please call out all critical color matches in the graphic file and order a color proof.
Graphics are not returnable but again, if there is a defect that is our fault, we will replace them with the identical graphics at no charge. If we are reprinting graphics due to manufacturer’s defect, you are unable to alter the graphics before the reprint and have us redo them at no charge.
There is a restocking fee of 25% for unused products that are returned.
Products that have been used in any way are not returnable. Products are considered used if they have footprints, scuffs, kinks, scratches, or are dirty. Please check your order carefully upon arrival and if something is damaged, please let us know immediately. If the carton is damaged, please check contents while FedEx or UPS is still there, if possible, and if the contents are damaged, do not accept delivery or ask them to note it on your receipt.
Shipping costs are not refundable
If the product is not defective and you would like a refund, you are responsible for shipping the product back to our facility.
The shipping companies we contract are FedEx or UPS. If products are received damaged, or if we make a mistake and ship the wrong quantity or color of product, the customer will not incur any costs to fix the error. If there are any problems or questions with your order, please call our customer service center, toll free, at 1-866-604-2617.
Warranty or Defective Merchandise Returns
If any ExhibitStop product fails in normal use within the warranty period or you receive a defective product, please contact your sales representative to obtain a Return Authorization. ExhibitStop is not liable for and will not accept any products that are returned without a Return Authorization.
Once you have a Return Authorization label for a warranty repair, it is your responsibility to send the frame to our facility, and we will incur the shipping costs to return the frame back to you.
The customer will be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred relating to returning defective product when products are received by ExhibitStop and are determined to be defective merchandise.

UPS Next Day Air® Early A.M.®
-Delivers to major cities in the 48 states by 8:00 a.m. the next business day, and delivers to most other U.S. cities by 8:30 a.m. or 9:00 a.m. the next business day. Saturday delivery service is available.
UPS Next Day Air®
-Delivers to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by 10:30 a.m., noon or end of day depending on destination. Saturday delivery service is available.
UPS Next Day Air Saver®
-Delivers to commercial destinations by 3:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. the next business day, and delivers to residential destinations by the end of the day.
UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.®
-Delivery to metropolitan commercial destinations by 10:30 a.m. or noon on the second business day.
UPS 2nd Day Air®
-Delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by end of the second business day. Saturday delivery service is available.
UPS 3 Day Select SM
-Delivery in the 48 states by the end of the third business day.
UPS Ground
-Date-definite (as promised by UPS) delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

ExhibitStop offers Free Ground Shipping on same day orders of pop up packages with graphics.
Same-day Shipping Option:
Pop up packages in Coal, Imperial Blue or Silver fabric can be shipped on the day the order is placed, but only if the order is placed by 10:00 a.m., MST.
